Let’s talk about the real need for referrals.
Without some active referrals, you will only be earning a few cents every day.
With a few active referrals there is no limit to your earnings.
You need to focus on getting people to understand there are multiple steps involved.
Set an example with your leads by showing that they will be starting at step 1 and when they have reached the first target ($1 earned) they will be ready to move to step 2. Show them a sample of your earnings, or the fact that you haven’t got any…yet.
This gives a clear target and a clear time for them to join the next site in the plan.
Remember, you are NOT promoting a site, you are promoting a SYSTEM.
This system involves YOU having contact with your referrals so you can check on their progress and guide them forward.
The group is here to provide you and your referrals with access to the overall plan.
It provides the FRAMEWORK for each person to follow.
As you work your way through the steps and programs, you will become more confident in your leadership skills.
I can guarantee that if you provide support and guidance to your referrals then you will earn a LOT MORE MONEY.
This is because you will build a relationship with your referrals and they will be much more likely to join the next site when it is time to do so.
They will be much more likely to hit the targets required as well because they will know what to do.
Using this system means that you need a LOT LESS referrals than normal.
Getting referrals is about building QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS with people.
It is not about fancy advertising, using special tricks or copywriting techniques.
I CANNOT build those relationships for you.
I can only teach you how to gain contacts, what type of things to say to them, and how to use FB and ads etc to bring those contacts in and maintain contact with them.

The steps are provided for clarity and to make it easier for you to guide others.
